In the last couple of days I have been ticked on my fingers by some very dear friends by showing a picture of an German “Gesundheitspass” from pre second WW2 with the following explanation

And I got all kind of flak on how I, as a grandchild of resistance grandfathers and grandmothers,
dare and make this comparison, as if I ought to be holier than thou because of their choices and outcomes.
Where by they forgot a part which precious few know about my Grandfather Jan Pastoor. He was a communist by choice, I think perhaps the term salon socialist might be more to the point because apparently his rich family turned his back on him when he chose for my Grandmother Jopie Addens, her being of lower birth..
But I dare say that confronted with the reality of everyday life trying to earn a living, his epithet might have gone from Salon Socialist to Communist. But I have to base this on hearsay, since nobody seem to know the whole story.
He was a very good bricklayer, such, that he build and repaired bows and porches which must be quite hard to make, since they did not use wooden frame as they do now.
He also was an avid reader and love to argue with ministers and priests, while repairing their churches.
He also read and distributed “de Waarheid” (the truth) a Communist paper much despised before the war and obviously forbidden during it.
I think there were as much truth in there as there were lies, seeing that it was directed (and probably funded) from the USSR now called Russia.
And in between all the propoganda, there were of course also true stories like the one of the building and use of Dachau concentration camp, starting in 1933.
You see, they used Dachau to hold Political prisoners, which is somewhat of a synonym of people who have different ideas from the rulers and need to be shut down before the peoples realise their real predicament and will start a revolution.
I translate freely and wildly…
And of course that was a fantastic subject for “De Waarheid” to write about, seeing that the USSR was supposedly ruled by intellectuals (at first), at that very same time it had become Stalin, who was nothing like an intellectual but loads more like a terrorist and mass murderer.
Also I think that people reading “De Waarheid” did not feel themselves acknowledge for what they were, nor represented by any existing paper, so there you are. Both my grandfather and even my parents were avid readers.
So in short, my grandfather had already read about Dachau long before the war, he also read about the way the Germans treated “outspoken people” beating them up and locking them away, so he was very weary when they “took over” The Netherlands.
He even tried to hide away from them, but came back on a regular bases to see my nan and his kids and during one of these visits he had been betrayed by some neighbour and thus picked up and send to Dachau.
Unfortunately he already knew where he was when he arrived and that must have been even more scarier!
Sometimes ignorance is bliss!
So I think I have a right to show such an Ausweiss on my facebook, because I think we are in a war, quite different from WW2 when it was between countries and now it is between common sense and pharma.
While I will not deny that for loads of people it is utterly necessary to be injected, I also believe you have a choice and that choice might have all kind of consequences but what are they exactly??
Vaccinated people can still get Corona, should get a lighter version, but they still might land up in Hospital and even in the ICU.
Unvaccinated people who catch Covid do not automatically go to Hospital and thus do not automatically end up in the ICU.
Unvaccinated people who have had Covid and (easily) survived it, are treated as equal to vaccinated people in lots of countries, except for the Netherlands, where we seem to be hunted for the much needed (??) extra injection…
Though finally changing the law, as slow as they dare, I have been getting a lot of flak from others to just get the injection, based on Dutch (semi-non-existent) research.
How come we always try to pretend we are forerunners, first world country, while at the finish we always find out we were somewhere at the back of it…
And now again, in France I am equal freedom wise to all injected people…
Here I am lucky I took a test, found out in May that I could have a Corona QR code, taken away in July and now just before the year is finished they are slowly coming to the conclusion that it should at least be reinstated so I can go into restaurants etc. that is if they will be open at all..
I am in the hands of my GP assistant, thank G*d a very determined woman who will fight for us.
We, the infected survivors have been dealt with a rotten card in this country, in their zest to get every one vaxxed.
And although there is loads of information on it, the “expert(s)” is still brawling that we should really take just a little …. instead of acknowledging that we are survivors, even in the most perilous group of which I am part: old, fat.. to name but a few!
Yes and that is my reason to show this “passport” because it is nay impossible to get my freedom back, due to the ignorance of the rulers…. who ruled me unruly….!
And lets get another thing clear, I am not responsible for the fact that Health care workers are overworked, that is the responsibility of the rulers, which incidentally I did not vote for, not the last time, nor this time. People get the rulers they deserve and I wonder where we went sooo wrong that we have a demissionair Cabinet who rules us with an iron rod and precious little vision.
I never clapped for Health workers, but any of them can come over to talk, have a warm cup, a hug if that would help!
I do not mind helping, but clapping is useless, much like the plan of our minister of Healths bringing in BOAs ( sort of reserve police, but without any friendly genes) instead of trying to look for more nurses, thus easing their workload, using more army personnel, retirees and last but not least, refugees who were hospital trained personnel.
Because I am convinced that loads of cleaners with medical training in their own country could serve for better use somewhere else.
Perhaps you could even ask for volunteers who have had Covid, to take over certain jobs.
In short anything and everything to ease the load of these hard working health workers!
You see History should teach us something, it should teach us that you can not discriminate people because they do their own thinking, which might not be to your liking, but we are living in a democracy, so they can.
I remember one of the first people to be vaccinated in the UK was there because she had had Covid three times….
That was my epiphany, because that was a load of rubbish, just propoganda to get you jabbed.
Again not us non vaxxers are the ignoramuses, these governments bureaucrats and leaders, they are sleeping when they should be listening, they should hear instead of talk and above all loads of them should realise that they are not above “The People”, because that is what brought down the Weimar republic making an opening for the Nazis to step in.
That is what you should learn from History. Hoogmoed komt voor de val (Pride will make you fall)
So I will show my ausweiss till common sense returns, unfortunately 80 years later, that seems to have disappeared again.
